"So I went there just before closing and I would like to make a statement that I've been to 5 guys in over a dozen different States by far this establishment hit a home run by making one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had just now that I'm writing this review I got hungry I think I might go back and get me another Burger and fries I don't know what they do but they are spectacular."

"I’m an extremely touch critic and a little overboard about things pertaining to customer service and food safety. Being formally in the restaurant business you tend to be a bit more observant of what is happening and I wanted to say how impressed I was with this 5 guys location I visited late Saturday night. I’ve been working in Memphis for about a week and new to the area. I’m a frequent flyer at 5 guys. For the value and the quality you guys offer far surpasses other lunch options. I was kind of in a hurry to drive back home to Biloxi which is about a 6 hour drive so I ordered on the app and had my order ready to eat in the car and get on the road. I ate my food and I had to go back inside to let the manager know how impressed I was with her restaurant. I noticed when I walked in her communicating with her staff and guiding them through the process to keep things going. You can truly see she was a leader and leading by example with what seemed to be structure and her work ethic also reflecting to what she is asking of her team. The restrooms where extremely clean also. After I ate I was sitting in my car and told myself I needed to go back inside and tell the manager how my visit was. Normally I would have kept it moving but I felt compelled to do so. The I ordered a milk shake….. you guys suckered me in with that one. I’ll be visiting yall soon."

"Super friendly employees! Best bet for a bathroom near the Tesla charger station at night. Very clean. They have complimentary peanuts by the drinks. You choose the topping customized to put on your burger. I got a smaller cheeseburger and it was plenty big enough, like a normal size. I got a root beer out of the many customizable options drink machine. Would definitely recommend coming here for delicious, pleasantly served food!"

"They were extremely helpful come to the door they asked her order number or name. You can place it online carry out or dine in. The peanuts while being in the restaurant which gives you a sense of normalcy. But it’s definitely well worth it and the fries are always fresh unlike going to other restaurants were you get heat lamp fries."

"The people working when we stopped in today are a team who work together to get the job done. They greet everyone who walks in, and if they are busy and you have to wait, they tell you they'll be right with you. They're friendly and don't stop moving, and make a great tasting burger. Ours were delicious and really hit the spot. When craving a burger this is the place to be."
